Vitamin Manager General Purpose: To successfully manage the Vitamin Department by achieving financial targets as outlined by the Store Manager. To increase the department's percentage of store sales through outstanding customer service and excellence in merchandising and store presentation. To manage, support, and develop the Vitamin staff members through clear direction.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in maintaining Vitamin and Body Care Department Operations.
Intermediate math skills.
Computer literate.
Demonstrated communication, organization, and listening skills.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, supervise, and delegate.
Able to constructively address performance issues.
Strong negotiating skills.
Role model customer service skills.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout any assigned shift.
