Vitamin Clerk

General Purpose:
To provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in handling all inquiries, orders, special orders, and returns. Carry out any special tasks/assignments given by the Vitamin Manager.

Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge in natural alternative medicine and body care.
Open, friendly demeanor that relates well to customers.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
Able to handle a variety of people with special needs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout any assigned shift.
Previous customer service experience and Natural Foods experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
