Meat Clerk

General Purpose:
To provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in handling all inquiries, orders, special orders and returns.

Qualifications:
Ability to properly handle sharp knives and learn to operate other equipment.
Able to stand for long periods and work under refrigeration
(40 degrees F).
Able to work independently.
Ability to perform basic math for cutting test, pricing, inventory, etc..
Ability to move arms in a repetitive manner.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs throughout any assigned shift.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Complete Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of employment.
