Manager on Duty

General Purpose:
To provide Jimbo's customers with quality products and excellent service in a clean environment. Assume ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Assist the Store Manager in attaining the Store's goals and support the Store Manager in their goals.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Intermediate math skills.
Computer literate.
Role model customer service skills.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to supervise employees and delegate tasks.
Able to constructively address performance issues.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
Complete Food Handler's Certification.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout any assigned shift.
