Kitchen Manager
General Purpose:
To successfully manage the Kitchen by achieving financial targets as outlined
by the Store Manager. To increase the department's percentage of store sales through
outstanding customer service and excellence in merchandising and store presentation.
To manage, support, and develop the kitchen staff members through clear direction.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in managing Kitchen operations.
2 years experience as a Sous Chef.
Intermediate math skills.
Demonstrated communication, organization, and listening skills.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, supervise, and delegate.
Able to constructively address performance issues.
Strong negotiating skills.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout any assigned shift.
Complete Food Handler's Certification.
