Assistant Store Manager

General Purpose:
To provide excellent service to Jimbo's customers while being accurate and efficient in Front End operations and to supervise Front End staff. To provide an atmosphere that promotes excellent customer service through outstanding leadership and strong teambuilding skills.

Qualifications:
Must be 21 years old.
Thorough knowledge of Front End operations. Prior successful cashier experience.
Capable of handling several tasks at once.
Ability to exercise good judgement.
Ability to supervise employees and delegate tasks.
Able to constructively address performance issues.
Ability to deal with strong emotions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout any assigned shift.
